Spanish Alabaster · Hand-Carved Stone Sphere · Single & Cluster Configurations
Spheres of Spanish alabaster, hand-carved from solid blocks of translucent stone and suspended on a single slender cord beneath a small turned brass cap. When lit from within, the light reveals each sphere's natural veining and subtle mineral coloration — a quality the Aragón quarries have been valued for since the 16th century.
Available in three single-pendant sizes for bedside or accent installations, plus a 3-light cluster on a shared canopy for over-table or kitchen-island use.
Features
Genuine Spanish Alabaster
Hand-carved from Aragón-sourced stone — the historically prized origin for translucent natural lighting.
Glow From Within
Light passes through the stone, revealing each sphere's unique pattern of veining and mineral coloration.
Single & Cluster Options
Three single-pendant sizes plus a 3-light cluster — scale from bedside accent to dining-table anchor.
Hardware Finish — Choose at Checkout
Brass
Warm polished brass cap and canopy — pairs naturally with the cream tones of the alabaster. Suits traditional, transitional, and warm-modern interiors.
White
Powder-coated white cap and canopy — the metalwork recedes against light ceilings, letting the alabaster sphere take complete visual lead.
Each piece is unique. Because every sphere is hand-carved from natural Spanish alabaster, the pattern of veining, color intensity, and grain direction varies between pendants — even within the same size. That singularity is the point of the material, not a defect.

FAQ
Where does the alabaster come from? +
All Kikolight alabaster is sourced from Spain — specifically the Aragón region, which has supplied the world's most prized translucent alabaster since the 16th century. Spanish alabaster is valued for its fine even grain and superior light-transmission properties. Each sphere is hand-carved from a solid block.
Which configuration suits my space? +
The Small (∅ 10 cm) suits bedside walls and narrow hallways. The Medium (∅ 12 cm) is the most versatile — dining tables, kitchen counters, bathroom vanity flanking. The Large (∅ 15 cm) anchors larger dining rooms as a single statement pendant. The 3-Light Cluster shares one canopy and 150 cm drop, scaled for over-island or long dining-table installations.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo? +
No — every sphere is hand-carved from natural stone, so veining, color intensity, and grain direction vary between pieces. Yours will share the same overall character as the photographs but the specific markings will be one-of-a-kind.
What bulb does it take? +
One G9 LED bulb per sphere (not included). G9 is a small bi-pin base, common in decorative fixtures and widely available. We recommend a dimmable G9 LED up to 5W in warm white (3000K) for the best glow through the alabaster — higher wattages can over-illuminate and flatten the veining.
Can the cord length be adjusted? +
Each cord is 59" (150 cm) and can be shortened during installation. For longer drops — vaulted ceilings, double-height foyers, stairwells — please contact us before ordering for a custom length.
Can I install it in a bathroom? +
Yes — well-suited to bathroom ceilings, particularly above a vanity. Because alabaster is naturally porous, install it away from direct shower spray or steam concentration. Standard ventilation and normal bathroom humidity are not a concern.
