Lost or Damaged:
We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Stolen or Misdelivered Packages:
Re-shipment will be available at the customer’s expense.

If your order is not delivered within 90 days, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
